Location. The modern VIP Executive Suites Eden hotel is in the Baixa district of Lisbon, facing onto Restoration Square and within one kilometre of the oldest part of the city, the Alfama. Lisbon (Portela) International Airport (LIS) is 10 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The VIP Executive Suites Eden hotel is housed in the former Eden Theatre. An Art Deco building from the 1930s, the friezes of the pink exterior have been restored, and the interior transformed into a contemporary apartment hotel. The atrium now leads into the large reception with dark marble floors, potted plants and a white curved front desk. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace (surcharge). Multilingual staff are available 24 hours a day to advise on local restaurants and help with bookings.

From Lisbon (Portela) International Airport (LIS):
Distance to VIP Executive Suites Eden is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Aerobus shuttle, number 91, runs between the airport, the city centre and the Cais do Sodre railway station every 20 minutes. Tickets cost 2 EUR for a single and 3.10 EUR for all day travel, and can be purchased on board. Public buses depart regularly for a variety of destinations in the city. A shuttle bus runs hourly to Estoril and Cascais, costing 8.50 EUR. Taxis cost 10 EUR to Lisbon city centre. There are extra fees for luggage and a 20 percent surcharge for night services. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The VIP Executive Suites Eden is in the Baixa district of Lisbon. An integrated tram, bus and metro system operates in Lisbon. Daily passes can be purchased for travel on public transport. Street elevators and funicular railways transport passengers to Lisbon's Barrio Alto. Ferries run between Lisbon and Cacilhas. Taxis are fairly inexpensive.
