The Atlantis Vilamoura is a modern, white fronted resort hotel set in landscaped gardens, 100 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the marina. This 11 floor property features 311 air conditioned guestrooms decorated in light natural hues of beige, white and green with dark wood furnishings. All open onto balconies with sea views and include air conditioning, cable television, wireless Internet connections, phones, safes, minibars and bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and bathrobes.
The hotel houses a modern health club where fitness enthusiasts can work out in the gym and then unwind in the sauna and Turkish bath or indulge in a pampering massage. Physiotherapy treatments are also available. The hotel boasts two heated indoor pools and two outdoor pools and a games room offering a wide choice of activities. The hotel houses an informal coffee shop, a summery buffet style restaurant and two bars, including a snack bar by the outdoor pool. The in house animation team provides a daily programme of entertainment for both adults and children. During high season kids will be kept entertained at the mini club, and the hotel also features a children's pool and playground. Guests can stay in touch with family or friends and plan sightseeing itineraries via wireless Internet access. Other amenities include a 24 hour front desk, a hair salon, onsite shopping and complimentary parking. The beach, 100 metres away, provides opportunities for sea swimming and water sports. Golfers will find four 18 hole courses within four kilometres of the hotel. Faro International Airport is 30 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

Driving Directions

The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is by taxi or by private hire car. A taxi should cost approximately 30 EUR. The town centre, beach and local resort attractions are easily reached on foot. A hire car would be useful for trips out of town.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow the EN 125 in the direction of Portim�o until Vilamoura. Head to the centre and stay on the one way road. Turn to the right, passing through the casino, until reaching the hotel.
