The Sheraton Baton Rouge Convention Center Hotel is located in the heart of downtown, across the street from the Baton Rouge River Center, a state of the art event and meeting facility. The hotel is close to Louisiana State University and Southern University and is within walking distance of all the downtown sites, including the Louisiana Arts and Science Museum, U.S.S. Kidd Veterans Memorial and Museum and the Old State Capital. The 10 story hotel features 15,000 square feet of meeting space, plus an additional 27,000 square feet inside the atrium, where guests are surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The hotel's ballroom, which has a permanent stage, can accommodate banquets for up to 1,500 people. An on site audio visual services vendor and business center help to ensure the success of all meetings, large or small.
